NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Boxford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider changes to the Zoning Code (Town Bylaw Ch.196-20 and 196-35) by amending the Elderly Housing District and associated Definitions to allow elderly housing development by both non-profit and for-profit organizations, to make certain accessory buildings optional instead of mandatory, to provide for accessory structures for water, sewer and mailbox facilities, to reduce the minimum number of units per multifamily dwelling, to change the minimum occupancy age from 60 to 55, and to make other associated changes.
Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Boxford Town Hall, Meeting Room #1, 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA 01921. Complete information relative to the proposed amendment is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office as well as the Planning Office at 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA, Tel. 978-887-6000.
