Sign Up for Boxford's "Reverse 911" Notification System

The Town of Boxford Telephone Notification System has been implemented to allow the Public Safety agencies of the town the ability to reach every resident and business within the town in case of an emergency or urgent situation. The system will only call published residential phone numbers. Please use this form to add your non-published cell phone number and/or email address to the system database, if you would like to do so. The information you provide is for the sole use of the Town of Boxford Public Safety Agencies and will be kept strictly confidential.

Once completed, the forms can either be emailed to WGould@town.boxford.ma.us or dropped off in-person at the Town of Boxford Communications Department window, located at 285 Ipswich Road. More information about the Boxford Communications Department can be found on their webpage.
