Boxford’s Select Board Welcomes New Town Administrator, Matthew Coogan

Matthew Coogan was sworn in at a ceremony at Boxford Town Hall as Boxford’s new Town Administrator on August 9, 2021, by Town Clerk, Robin Phelan.

Mr. Coogan previously served as Chief of Staff for the City of Newburyport and Town Planner for the Town of Essex. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Philosophy from the University of Maryland and Master of Urban Planning degree from Hunter College.
