NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Boxford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider amending the Code of the Town of Boxford by inserting a new Chapter 164 entitled “Stretch Energy Code” and adopting the provisions of 780 CMR 115.AA in order to provide the Town with a more energy efficient alternative to the base energy code otherwise set forth under the State Building Code.
Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Boxford Town Hall, Meeting Room #1, 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA 01921. Complete information relative to the proposed amendment is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office as well as the Planning Office at 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA, Tel. 978-887-6000.
