The Boxford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Boxford by showing, in addition to the existing “O Official or Open Space District designation,” a designation as “Large Scale Ground Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation Overlay District” upon the the following properties: 1) town-owned property at Spofford Road designated as Assessor’s Map 19, Block 3, Lot 28 and Assessor’s Map 15, Block 2, Lot 1 and 2) Masconomet High School property designated as Assessor’s Map 42, Block 1, Lot 1.

Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Boxford Town Hall, Meeting Room #1, 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA 01921.  Complete information relative to the proposed amendment is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office as well as the Planning Office at 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA, Tel. 978-887-6000.
