ByLaw - Masconomet Regional Agreement Amendment 19

This article seeks approval of an amendment to the Masconomet Regional School District Agreement, of which the towns of Topsfield, Boxford, and Middleton are members, with respect to the mechanism used to calculate each member town’s apportionment of capital costs beginning in Fiscal Year 2024.  The Town passed a similar amendment to the District Agreement for the operating budget at 2022 and 2021 Town Meetings.
