What are the Planning Board's Deadlines and Filing Fees?

Agenda deadline – noon on Thursday prior to Wednesday meeting.

Subdivision filing – notify the Planning Board Administrator before the agenda deadline.

The plans and fees must be presented at the following Wednesday meeting.

Subdivision Fees Schedule

  • Preliminary plan $200 + $100 per lot
  • Definitive Subdivision (with Preliminary Plan) $2,000 + $500 per lot
  • Definitive Subdivision (without Preliminary Plan) $2,000 + $1,000 per lot
  • Approval Not Required Plan (ANR) $50 + $100 per new lot

Note: All expenses for advertising, recording, and filing of documents shall be borne by the applicant.
