Notice of 61A Hearing on Price Property

The Select Board will hold a Hearing on the 61A request for the Town to consider exercising, assigning, or not exercising, its right of first refusal on the Price property on MONDAY, September 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via ZOOM.  The hearing will provide a forum for discussion on the Notice of Intent to Convert to Other Use the parcel of land consisting of 117.62 acres located on the north side of Willow Road between Pine Plain Road and Whittier Terrace.  Rezoning of this parcel from R-A Residence Agriculture District to E-H Elderly Housing District “Passed” 155 (yes) to 51 (no) at the 2018 Annual Town Meeting.  The Select Board welcomes all interested parties to join the hearing.
