Draft Article IV - Small Package Waste Water Treatment Plants
At last night's Board of Health Meeting, a hearing commenced on proposed new package waste water treatment plant regulations. Draft regulations are posted on the Town's website via the link included herein. This proposed regulation is for those multi-residence systems that are larger than one home but smaller than 10,000 gallons (over 10,000 gallon systems are regulated by the State DEP). The Board of Health continued the public hearing until its next regular meeting (Meeting will be held on a date TBD after Town Meeting). In the meantime, all interested residents are invited to send substantive written comments and suggestions regarding the draft regulation to the Board of Health at KLongo@town.boxford.ma.us
