NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Boxford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider changes to the Zoning Code (Town Bylaw Ch.196-10), by adding a paragraph as follows: Consistent with G.L. c. 94G, §3(a)(2), all types of non-medical “marijuana establishments” as defined in G.L. c. 94G, §1, including marijuana cultivators, independent testing laboratory, marijuana product manufacturers, and marijuana retailers, and any other types of licensed marijuana or licensed Cannabis related businesses, shall be prohibited within the Town of Boxford.
Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 7:30 PM in the Boxford Town Hall, Meeting Room #1, 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA 01921. Complete information relative to the proposed amendment is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office as well as the Planning Office at 7A Spofford Road, Boxford, MA, Tel. 978-887-6000.
