Pursuant to Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020, Section 17(b), the April 16, 2020 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals has been canceled. The next meeting will be rescheduled to date no more than 45 days after the termination of the State of Emergency or after a date otherwise prescribed by law, whichever is later, said meeting is now scheduled for June 18, 2020.
The Board does not plan to hold its April or May meeting using remote or virtual means.
