On page 2, carefully read and answer questions 5 through 14. Inaccurate answers could affect the approval of your application.
On page 3 of application, add phone numbers for your two references.
- Deliver the completed form to the police secretary at the police station. Your application and criminal history will be reviewed during the next ten days following submittal.
- You will be contacted via phone and an appointment will be made for you to meet with a licensing official. The normal hours for appointments will be 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
- New applicants should plan on their appointment at the station being one-half hour long, as fingerprints are taken. Renewals should be completed in fifteen minutes.
